All this lovely spring weather in Denver is making me think of bike rides. Griffin’s not quite old enough for a bike seat…but soon… In the meantime, here’s some inspiration for a fun, stylish bicycle adventure:
Pedal pushers, a jersey tunic, and Bensimon sneakers make for a stylish and functional cycling outfit. Add in a pair of vintage-style Rudy Project sunglasses, specifically made to work with a bike helmet. Of course, you’ll want to stay hydrated and have a journal for recording your adventures. And a classic cruiser isn’t complete without a bike basket…
What are your favorite things to take with you on a bike ride?

Spring Picnic Fun
Spring! Pink! Pastels!
The weather in Denver has been gorgeous recently…sunny and 70, with barely a breeze. I’m starting to crave picnics, where you can sit outside and while away an entire afternoon.
What items do you consider essential for a picnic? For me, it’s nothing more than a blanket and a good book. Of course, fun summer dresses and delicious food make it all the better. Here’s some inspiration:
Reeds Jamaican Ginger Beer

What do you think of the new pastel trend?
At first, I couldn’t stop thinking about the ’80s… Not something I want to relive.
But, I have to admit, pink has really been growing on me lately. This picture of a woman leaving the Chanel fashion show in Paris is simply stunning. And, because I felt daring, I tried out a mint-colored nail polish at a recent pedicure. It’s actually kind of fun.
Sooo…what do you think? Like it or hate it? What colors are you wearing this Spring?
